Bloodwork Panel

The foundation of precision medicine. Our comprehensive blood biomarker panels go far beyond standard labs — measuring metabolic health, hormones, inflammation, lipids, and nutrient status. Results in 30 minutes from our in-house CLIA-certified lab.

Health Benefits

Why bloodwork?

Comprehensive blood testing reveals what's happening inside your body at the molecular level — the data that drives every decision in your health protocol.

Early Disease Detection

Blood biomarkers can detect metabolic dysfunction, cardiovascular risk, and hormonal imbalances years before symptoms appear. Preventive screening in 30-49 year-olds produces significantly better life expectancy without extra costs.

Cardiovascular Risk Stratification

Advanced lipid panels, ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, and homocysteine reveal cardiovascular risk far more accurately than standard cholesterol alone. The triglyceride/HDL-c ratio predicts cardiovascular outcomes better than LDL-c.

TG/HDL

Hormonal Optimization

Comprehensive hormone panels — including testosterone, estrogen, thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4), cortisol, DHEA-S, and insulin — identify imbalances that affect energy, body composition, mood, and recovery capacity.

Inflammation Monitoring

Chronic low-grade inflammation drives most age-related diseases. Markers like hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-alpha, and ferritin quantify your inflammatory burden and help track the effectiveness of anti-inflammatory interventions.

30-Minute Results

ALYZE's in-house CLIA-certified lab eliminates the 3-7 day wait typical of external labs. Your results are ready in 30 minutes, allowing same-day clinical consultations and immediate protocol adjustments.

30 min

Nutrient Status Assessment

Blood panels reveal deficiencies in vitamin D, B12, folate, magnesium, iron, and zinc — micronutrients critical for energy production, immune function, bone health, and cognitive performance that affect everything downstream.

Panel Inventory

What's actually measured.

ALYZE Bountiful runs a comprehensive diagnostic panel across hormones, thyroid, metabolic health, inflammation, nutrients, lipids, and full CMP + CBC. Every marker is reviewed by your practitioner — not just flagged when out of range, but interpreted against optimal targets and your personal trend.

Usage Guide

How to prepare for your bloodwork.

01

Fasting Protocol

For most comprehensive panels, fast for 10-12 hours before your blood draw. Water is fine — and encouraged. Fasting ensures accurate glucose, insulin, triglyceride, and lipid readings that aren't skewed by recent meals.

02

Morning Draw Timing

Schedule your blood draw in the morning, ideally between 7-10 AM. Hormones like cortisol and testosterone have strong circadian rhythms. Consistent timing ensures your results are comparable across tests.

03

The Blood Draw

A trained phlebotomist draws blood from a vein in your arm — typically 3-6 tubes depending on the panel ordered. The entire draw takes 5-10 minutes. Samples are processed immediately in our on-site lab.

04

30-Minute Processing

Your samples are analyzed in our in-house CLIA-certified laboratory using clinical-grade analyzers. Results are available within 30 minutes — no waiting days for an external lab to process and report.

05

Practitioner Review

Your ALYZE practitioner reviews every marker — not just flagging out-of-range values, but interpreting optimal ranges, trends over time, and correlations between markers that inform your personALYZEd plan.

Pro Tips

  • Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours before your draw — it can temporarily elevate CK, liver enzymes, and inflammatory markers
  • Stay well-hydrated the day before — dehydration concentrates blood and can skew results
  • Take medications as normal unless your practitioner advises otherwise
  • Avoid alcohol for 48 hours before comprehensive panels
  • Baseline panels are most valuable when repeated quarterly to track trends
  • Bring a list of current supplements — some can affect specific biomarkers
  • Your ALYZE app will track all results longitudinally for trend analysis

Important: Certain medications, supplements, and medical conditions can affect blood test results. Inform your ALYZE practitioner of all medications and supplements you are currently taking. Do not stop taking prescribed medications without consulting your prescribing physician. If you have a bleeding disorder or are on blood thinners, notify your phlebotomist before the draw.
